Thanks for the comment and introduction, this looks like a great place to find some good food in Philly :)

As far as Govinda's goes, I had the pepper steak sandwich and it was awesome -- totally worth the money. The menu is quite extensive and there's a lot of stuff I wanna try.

Yes! The cakes! We were there for about 2 hours, and saw about 5 or 6 large event cakes being brought out to customers who had previously ordered. The bakery aspect of this join seemed odd, yet enough people were picking up their orders to make me curious.

Le Cruset, and there's an outlet in Flemington at the outlets up there.

I have a 5 1/2 quart one, and it's my workhourse. I just love it!

They're less commercial? That's really sad.

And, with that said, I bought a marble slab for pastry work at Ikea twenty years ago for 20 bucks, LOL!

However, I still stand by my idea that you've got to get the good stuff if you're going to cook. And, you can find a 5 quart enameled Dutch Oven at "Home Goods" for much less than at Macy's!
