Yes, I know, Christmas beer is a tradition, not a style, so the holidays are celebrated with many types of ales and lagers, many of them unspiced. Belgian Christmas beers are typically malty, abbey-style ales; the classic Scandinavian Christmas beer is a bock; and one of the American originals, Sierra Nevada Celebration, is a hop monster.
The Somboonsong family's rapidly growing suburban restaurant group (Teikoku; Azie) has jumped into the steak craze with this Asian-accented chophouse in Newtown Square's former Roux 3. The sleek dining room, good ingredients, and expansive wine list are promising. But the menu is unimaginative considering the fusion possibilities, and the steaks are inconsistently cooked. Your site is impressive ... hope we get to view some of the hidden Mom and Pop BYOB restaurants in the area.. tired of the commercial trash being served - and its not that healthy.. even the high end cuisine - Mark probably thought I couldn't spell that ... the word cuisine that is ..
